Any sport or form of exercise comes with a risk of injury. However, there are a few things that make our program very safe. It's because of these few things that we barely see any injuries with our program.

Stretching: At the beginning of every class we go through a series of stretches. These stretches get your muscles and joints ready and warmed up for exercise.

Supervision: Every class is supervised by trained, licensed professionals. We watch carefully to make sure no student is doing anything in a dangerous or unsafe way.

In short, we place a tremendous amount of focus on fun and safety. It's because of this that we feel confident telling you that while there is risk for injury with our program - it's a very small risk.
People come to us of all fitness levels. We get natural-born athletes, and we get people who have a harder time with athletic endeavors. However, everyone gets the same focus and attention.

One of the best workouts I have ever done. My husband and I moved to the area some time ago and were looking for a sport we could do together. In the beginning I was skeptical if kickboxing was the right thing for me and from time to time I reach my limits - but it's great! I have been coming to USA Martial Arts for over a year now. This is a review of the kickboxing classes. I am in my 40s and have always hated exercising. I have tried every gym, every yoga and pilates studio and was never able to stick to it. USA Martial Arts has really changed my perception of exercise, and my life in a lot of ways. First of all, you are not just getting an incredible strength and cardio workout when kickboxing, but you are truly learning technique: punching, kicking, stretching, self-defense, etc. What really sets USA Martial Arts apart though are the amazing instructors, Master Nottingham and Master Mallman, who are exceptional martial artists and not simply personal trainers.
